The display shows one thing at a time: the call, the turn, the song. Large type on black, easy to read while you ride.

At a glance

The time, and what's new.

The clock, with missed calls, unread messages and your phone's battery. Nothing else.

Calls

Answer calls with gloves on.

Tap the right edge to answer, the left to decline. Hold the middle to hang up. Five big tap areas, no tiny buttons.

Navigation

Your next turn, on a real map.

The turn, the distance and your arrival time from Google Maps, over a map your phone draws from an offline file. No mobile data needed for the map.

Music

Change the song without stopping.

Top for the previous track, bottom for the next, the middle to play or pause. Hold top or bottom for volume.

Messages

Messages in large type.

WhatsApp, SMS and other apps, in large type, shown twice and then out of your way.

Favourites

Call a favourite in two taps.

Pick someone from Favourites or Recent calls. It calls after a five-second countdown, and any tap cancels.

When will I get it?

Within 3 months of booking. RYDYNX is in its final prototype stage, and finishing it and making the first batch takes about two months. When your display is ready we ask for the ₹3,000 balance, then ship it free anywhere in India. See Shipping and delivery; you can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.

How do I pay the balance?

When your display is ready, we email you to pay the ₹3,000 here on rydynx.tronixlabs.in, through Razorpay. We never ask for payment by bank transfer, to a UPI ID or on another website. If anyone does, it isn't us: please write to techtronixprojects@gmail.com.

Which phones does it work with?

Android phones, through the RYDYNX app. It connects over Bluetooth and keeps the link up on its own when you start the bike.

How is it powered?

From your bike's USB socket, through the USB-C port at the back. It starts when the bike does.

Does the map use mobile data?

No. Your phone draws the map from an offline map file you choose in the app, and sends the picture to the display.

Will it fit my handlebar?

The clamp has a Ø22.4 mm bore with two bolts. Tell us your bike in the form and we'll confirm the fit.
