Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book or buy a RYDYNX Smart Ride Display from Tronix Labs ("we", "us"), through https://rydynx.tronixlabs.in. By booking you agree to them.

1. What you're booking

The RYDYNX Smart Ride Display is a handlebar display that shows calls, messages, music and navigation from your Android phone. It is sold on pre-order and is in its final prototype stage: product photos on the site are renders of the design, and the design, finish or features may change a little before it ships. If a change is significant, we'll tell you before you pay the balance, and you can cancel for a full refund.

2. Early-bird booking

• The early-bird price is ₹3,999 per display. You pay a ₹999 advance per display to book, and the ₹3,000 balance when your display is ready to ship.
• The price after early-bird bookings close is ₹5,000. Your booking keeps the early-bird price.
• Up to 3 displays per booking.
• We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
• We'll ask for the balance by SMS or email when your display is ready. If it isn't paid within 7 days of that message, we may cancel the booking and refund your advance in full.
• Delivery: within 3 months of the day you book. Finishing the design and making the first batch takes about two months. If we can't deliver in that time, we'll tell you the new date and you can cancel for a full refund; if we can't ship at all, we refund your advance in full.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A booking is confirmed only once the payment succeeds and we've verified it; you then see a booking reference and a payment ID, and get a confirmation by email.

We only ever take payment on https://rydynx.tronixlabs.in, through Razorpay. We never ask you to pay by bank transfer, to a UPI ID, or on another website or app. If anyone asks you to, it isn't us: please don't pay, and write to us at techtronixprojects@gmail.com.

4. Cancellations and refunds

See our Cancellation and refund policy. In short: you can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund of what you've paid.

6. Warranty

Warranty: 3 months from delivery, against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover damage from a fall or crash, water entry through a damaged housing, opening the display, or incorrect wiring of its power supply.

7. Using the display safely

Mount the display securely and only where it doesn't block your view or controls. Look at it, or touch it, only when it is safe to do so, and follow the traffic laws where you ride. Calls, messages and navigation come from your phone and its apps, and can be delayed or wrong; the road and its signs come first. We aren't responsible for accidents, injuries, fines or damage that come from how or where the display is used.

8. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law. Beyond those rights, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; we'll try to resolve any problem quickly. Disputes are subject to the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. A booking already made keeps the terms in force when it was made.
