Shipping and delivery policy

How and when your RYDYNX display reaches you.

When it ships

RYDYNX is sold on pre-order. It is in its final prototype stage: finishing the design and making the first batch takes about two months. Every pre-order is delivered within 3 months of the day it is booked, and bookings ship in the order they were made.

When your display is ready we'll ask for the ₹3,000 balance and confirm your delivery address; it ships within 3 working days of the balance being paid. A balance paid more than 7 days after we ask for it moves the delivery date later by the same number of days.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India that our courier partners serve. We don't ship outside India yet.

Delivery time and cost

By courier, usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Delivery is free. You'll get a tracking link by SMS or email when it ships.

When it arrives

Please check the parcel on delivery. If the box is damaged or anything is missing, take a photo and tell us within 7 days at techtronixprojects@gmail.com; see the Cancellation and refund policy.

Delays

If we can't deliver within 3 months of your booking, we'll tell you by SMS or email, with the new date, and you can cancel for a full refund. You can also cancel at any point before dispatch for a full refund.
